# Enabling Logs
To change log level, go to Helix > Settings:

# Windows
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\tashelix-client\helix_components\logs\
# MacOS
~/Library/Application Support/tashelix-client/helix_components/logs/
# Mobile
- Open the right hand Menu and click View Logs.

- Optional: If error can be replicated, use CLEAR LOGS, replicate issue and return to this page.

- Viewing/Sending logs:
- EMAIL: enter e-mail address and click SEND
- SAVE: will open a menu allowing you to save to a File, or Copy etc.
- VIEW: Allows you to view Logs in-app. (NOTE: if there are a lot of logs, this may take some time)
- DATACONTAINER ONLY filters the logs to data container logging.
# Additional Notes
- You can modify the log level in Settings, Trace Level:

- INFO and DEBUG levels will generate additional Data Container logs.
- By Default, Error logging should be the default as lower levels will generate a lot of detailed logs and is best only turned on when replicating an issue and turned off again later.
